1. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Services

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ruztec.com or through your account dashboard (if available).

  • Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of your plan, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused days in the subscription period.

b. Custom Development Projects

  • Once a custom project has commenced (design, development, or any component delivered), cancellation is not eligible for refund unless mutually agreed in writing.


2. Refund Policy

a. SaaS Subscriptions

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions that have already been charged.

  • Exceptions may be made in rare cases of system malfunction or double billing. Each case will be reviewed individually.

b. One-Time Payments & Setup Fees

  • One-time service fees, onboarding charges, or setup costs are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

c. Duplicate Payment

  • If you believe you have been charged twice or in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for a resolution.


3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.

  • At the end of the trial, your selected plan will automatically begin unless cancelled before the trial expires.

  • No refund will be issued if you fail to cancel the trial before billing occurs.


4. Refund Request Process

  • Your full name and email

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

  • Invoice or transaction ID

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
